Medical Summary microchip scan negative female, no visible spay scar seen approximately 10 yrs old BARH otitis externa, large amount of thick yellow discharge AU cleaned both ears and applied otibiotic crusty eyes, green ocular discharge, right eye is very cloudy and red flushed both eyes and applied optimmune OU dental disease – large amount of dental tartar, gingivitis 17.2lbs; BCS: 3/5 trimmed overgrown nails calm, allowed all handling and was very patient for treatment vet exam requested
