A staff member writes: Oh Sangria how sweet your are. When I first met Sangria she was skinny and very matted but underneath all of that she is the sweetest little thing. All Sangria wants is to be loved. In the short period of time that I have known her I have fell head over heals in love. She is dosile and loves to be in your lap. When outside Sangria will follow you around and she loves to run. She has proven to be a great little dog and she seems to be house broken. Even though in the past Sangria had not been given the best care she is so kind and forgiving. When petting Sangria she will give you her belly and she loves belly rubs. I consider her very special and some what of an angel. When I come to work I look forward to seeing her and she brightens up my day. I love you Sangria and I hope you find the forever home you so much deserve.
For more information on adopting from the NYC AC&C, or to find a rescue to assist, please read the following: http://urgentpodr.org/adoption-info-and-list-of-rescues. If you are local to the Tri-State, New England, and the general Northeast United States area, and you are SERIOUS about adopting or fostering one of the animals at NYC ACC, please read our MUST READ section for instructions, or email [email protected]. Our experienced volunteers will do their best to guide you through the process. * We highly discourage everyone from trusting strangers that send them Facebook messages, offering help, for it has ended in truly tragic events.* For more info on behavior codes and ratings, please click here: http://information.urgentpodr.org/acc-placement-status-descriptions.
