S: Anxious, slightly tense on vaccination but allowed all exam O: BAR-H, BCS 5/9, MMs pink and moist EENT: No discharge OU, AU, nose. Mild tartar and gingivitis. PLNs: Not enlarged. H/L: NSR, NMA. Panting, quiet lung sounds. Abd: Soft, no pain on palpation, no masses palpated M/S/I: Amb x4. Large mats on ventral abdomen and upper legs. UG: Female A: Matted Short-term prognosis: Excellent P: 1. Gave 1.2 ml pyrantel and Activyl 14-22 # during exam 2. Needs grooming 1088
