Rutabega arrived as a stray so his past behavior with other dogs is unknown. When off leash at the Care Center, she greets appropriately, but mostly explores the environment and hides.
5/10 update: When off leash with other dogs, Rutabega greets then wanders the yard.
INTAKE BEHAVIOR
Rutabega was calm and had a relaxed body. She was sweet and allowed all handling. Counselor was able to collar, scan(negative) and photograph.
