DVM Intake Exam; Estimated age: 7y based on teeth and eyes; Microchip noted on Intake? neg; History : O surrender. O said started becoming aggressive and nipping at his children; Subjective: BARH. Muzzled just in case due to history. Well behaved during PE and med handling, no signs of aggression, calm and quiet. Observed Behavior – Objective ; T = 101.3; P = wnl; R = wnl; BCS 7/9; EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal or ocular discharge noted Oral Exam: muzzled, canines and incisors mild staining. PLN: No enlargements noted; H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic; ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated; U/G: FI, no MGTs. Techs reported clear mucoid vulvar discharge. MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, healthy hair coat. 2.5cm pink soft non-irritated skin tag on right lateral femur. ; CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities; Rectal: normal externally; Assessment: approx 7yo FI Large breed; Overweight; Intact; Skin tag; Clear mucoid vulvar dc; Prognosis: good; Plan: plan for OHE; SURGERY: Okay for surgery
