Objective: T = – P = wnl R = wnl BCS= 7/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears filled with greasy waxy debris/dry, no nasal or ocular discharge noted Oral Exam: mild calculus on canines PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Multifocal round pyodermas on abdomen (1cm to 3 cm in diameter) – Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: SPAYED MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat. CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities. Rectal: externally. normal. Assessment: 1) Overweight 2) Abdominal Pyodermas 3) Mild Bilateral Otitis Externa Prognosis: Excellent. Plan: Simplicef 200mg SID PO for 21 days Gentizol OU BID for 7 days Complete intake tasks
