Medical Behavior Evaluation GREEN
Medical Summary Found in the park in the rain carrried to work by good samaritan staff member rabies tag to be traced, no MC scanned QDR, lateral menaces present, n.scleroisi, mm pk and tacky wet and cold , extremities colder than core T= Low reading, HR 60 BPM Abd palp no masses felt on preliminary exam M/S – lateral with all 4 limbs strong motor, and moving with pinch A: left in the park, soaking wet, hypoothermic, low blood pressure P: Dried with hair drier, Baer hugger on low- IVC -IVF – 2xM 58 ml/hr Serum Chem – not fxning at this time, but CBC – Retic – Low and PLT low – very normal range despite presentation Monitor response to Fluid therapy on this critical patient Guarded Px to poor px/ Rec. NH placement with ER visit/s/n/medical waiver

A Staff member writes : This poor girl was found in a park today, in the rain, and is now hypothermic. We are warming her up using a “bear hugger”, but she needs an emergency vet as soon as possible.
