Scan : 348098100048449 Sex: male Approx 10yr S/O: BAR. Eyes, nuclear sclerosis OU. Ears, mild light waxy debris AU. Teeth, dental disease grade 4/4. Cardiothoracic auscultation WNL. Abdomen tense on palpation. Grade 3 patellar luxation, non-painful on palpation. Mild matting on rump, hind legs. Clipped nails.
A: Geriatric, dental disease, patellar luxation
P: Recommend dental prophylaxis w/ radiographs, extractions maybe needed.
Permanent waiver from ACC due to age.
PROGNOSIS: FAIR
