07/08/2017 WEB MEMO
A volunteer writes: A rose by any name will never be as sweet as this Rose right here! She was surrendered as a stray so we can’t tell you when her birthday is, who her parents are, or what kind of roommates she’s had before, but we can tell you that she is dangerously cute and impossibly sweet! She is a compact little thing with soulful eyes and a fantastic set of Dumbo ears (she likes to dress up as a seal in photos). She has what appears to be an old healing fracture, but despite a bum leg, Rose manages to be the life of the party! She likes to play with toys and other dogs and really knows how to make anyone that crosses her path feel special. She seems housebroken, takes treats nicely, and I can tell how much she’s won over the medical staff that’s been caring for her because when I walk her down the hallway I feel like I’m escorting a celeb! She is super wiggly, seems submissive, and is so super affectionate you might want to clear you schedule now so you can spend all day cuddling with her! Rose is at Brooklyn ACC looking for a place to heal and a person to love…please come see her!
