Resists oral manipulation ; Objective ;  BCS 5/9;  EENT: Cataracts, OU. ears clean, no nasal or ocular discharge noted;  Oral Exam: dc 3/5; pd 4/5 ;  PLN: No enlargements noted;  H/L: No murmur ausculted; CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic;  ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated;  U/G: Neutered male.  MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, grade 2 patellar luxation, bilaterally. no masses noted, healthy hair coat;  CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities; Rectal: grossly normal,.  Assessment; geriatric ; dental disease; patellar luxation ; cataracts, OU ; Prognosis: good.  Plan: ok for adoption or placement.  SURGERY:  already neutered
