Rosco is with us for no fault of his own. His owners who took great care of him lost their home and could not take Rosco with them…I really love this pooch.. Rosco waits at his door and is leashed one, two, three…He is a beautiful dog and an absolutely wonderful walker. Likely housetrained, he does his business in one stop. He gently chases the birds. He likes to be caressed and talked to as we stroll around the park. The eye of the camera does not bother him, on the contrary. He is such a willing model ! Rosco sits beautifully on command and adds a smile to almost every single picture. He is very friendly to approaching kids and people and is totally fine with other dogs, big and small. I sense that he is quite playful(as his master conveyed to us). He responds to my excited words and squeeking sounds by jumping at my chest and kissing me. I can see his eyes light up when I throw a ball in front of him. Rosco is a young man, full of life, gorgeous, elegant and unusual looking. I love his long legs , his slender body and his Boxerish face but most of all his sunny personality. Rosco comes with excellent recommendations from his former masters, among them..gentle and playful with children and well mannered at the dog park. This is music to my ears ! Rosco is at the Manhattan Care Center waiting and dreaming to start his life again…with you.
PROFILE :
Rosco had a loose, wiggly body & allowed all handling. He allowed to be scanned (-), collared and taken pictures of. Rosco was then lifted into his kennel which he didn’t seem to mind.
