Do not allow anybody to approach his mouth. Objective P = 140bpm R = panting BCS 5/9 EENT: Bilateral nuclear clerosis, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: dental taratar and staining. Mild form. PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: Grade 2 cardiac mumur. CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Intact male MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment Behavior Dentat calculi Heart murmur Plan Dental prophylaxis is recommended Heart assessment by a cardiologist is recommended Prognosis: good Permanent waiver due heart murmur and geriatric

5/21: When off leash with dogs at the Care Center, Roni wanders in a group of small male and female dogs, preferring to keep to himself.
