05/23/16 09:42 Ronaldo is an adult male APBT mix. He was found outside on the street. He was friendly with his finder. Ronaldo was tense and sat under a chair for the first few minutes of his intake. He did come out, approach us, and allow handling (scan -, collar, positioning for pictures).
05/22/2016 WEB MEMO
A volunteer writes: Who’s tiny, sweet and snuggly and rocks a bow tie and grey tux better than anyone in the history of ever? If you guessed Ronaldo, you’re not wrong! I fell head-over-heels for this itty bitty Pittie from the moment we met and even though he wasn’t so sure about me at first and backed away from my leash in fear, as soon as we were alone together he relaxed into a little cuddlebug who wanted nothing more than to be loved and on my lap. Ronaldo walks well on leash, seems house trained, knows come and sit and is more than happy to show them off for the reward of a treat (he ‘begs’ too) and while he was a bit timid around other dogs we passed I’m sure that with slow introductions and friendly company he’ll be the life of the party in no time–he’s certainly dressed for it! At just 27 pounds Ronaldo won’t take up much room in your home but you’ll need to make plenty of space in your heart because this one-of-a-kind pup is going to steal it all and then some. Your chance to give a little guy the big break he deserves is waiting at our Manhattan Care Center and Ronaldo would love to see you, please don’t make him wait too long…
