Did well for all medical handling and procedures  P = wnl R = eupneic BCS 4/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: adult dentition, mild dental tartar PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: MI, 2 testicles descended MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, mildly matted hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Matted Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC Groom tomorrow CBC-wnl Chem-mild decrease in ALP 15 (23-212) Rec UA when free catch available Prognosis: Excellent SURGERY: Okay for surgery
