N History : Owner died Subjective: Severely matted throughout but BAR Observed Behavior – wagging tail, easily handled but nervous when restrained Objective P = 100 R = 20 BCS 5/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted. Oral Exam: pink mm w/ CRT<2s, healthy adult dentition- underbite PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: male intact, both testicles palpable MSI: Severely matted and dirty coat throughout, ambulatory x4 CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Severely matted, otherwise healthy Plan: 1.
