Allows handling, does not wag, just stands still but no signs of aggression; BAR; Episcleral injection with catartacts and nonvisual OU, hairy with mild debris AU, nndc; OP 3/4, severely halitosis; PLN wnl; H/L reg, no obvious murmur, ssp, lungs clear/eupenic, no coughing or sneezing; ABD tense, difficult to palpate deeply; MSK amb x 4, arthritic hips; Integ ~6 mm firm, non-mobile SQ mass caudal right body wall, otherwise wnl; BCS 5/9 with dorsal muscle wasting noted; UG m/i, both down, s/s testes; Neuro no menace, otherwise wnl; A:Blind, episcleral injection, cataracts-r/o glaucoma; Mass right caudal body wall; Severe dental dz and halitosis; Arthritis; Otitis externa AU; P: CBC wnl; Chem-elevated globulin, otherwise wnl; Recommend NH placement-needs intraocular pressures measured and needs dental cleaning under anesthesia; Ok for neuter; Otobiotic BID x 14 days; Clavamox 250 mg PO BID x 14 days; Rimadyl 25 mg PO BID x 14 days; Recheck in 14 days; Guarded prognosis
