PE: EENT MATURE CATARACTS OU, RIGHT EYE HAS SMALL CENTRAL CORNEAL SCAR WITH NEOVASCULARIZATION, MILD MUCOID DISCHARGE OBSERVED FROM LEFT NOSTRIL, PLN WNL, ORAL EXAM SEVERE DENTAL DISEASE, THICK BROWN TARTER WITH MANY LOOSE TEETH AND HALITOSIS, THORACIC AUSC WNL, ABD PALP FIRM/DISTENDED ABDOMEN, M/S AMBULATORY ON ALL FOUR LIMBS, NO PALPABLE FRACTURES, SUSPECT OSTEOARTHRITIS, SKIN/HAIR SALIVARY STAINING ON ALL FOUR PAWS, ALOPECIA OBSERVED ON TIP OF TAIL, GENITOURINARY LEFT TESTICLE IS LARGER THAN RIGHT (2X) AND HAS INCREASED FIRMNESS, RIGHT TESTICLE IS SOFT, NEURO SEEMINGLY WNL.
ASSESSMENT: SUSPECT LEFT TESTICULAR TUMOR +/- ABODMINAL MASS, SEVERE DENTAL DISEASE, CATARACTS, GERIATRIC, POSSIBLE ENDOCRINE DISORDER
PLAN: PROVIDING SUPPORTIVE CARE WHILE AT BACC. RECOMMEND NEW HOPE PLACEMENT AND FULL GERIATRIC WORKUP AT LOCAL VETERINARIAN. PROGNOSIS IS GUARDED DUE TO AGE AND MULTIPLE SUSPECTED UNDERLYING CONDITIONS.
