Tense at times during exam, lifted lip during blood draw, soft muzzle easily placed  P = WNL R = Panting BCS 7/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Minimal dental staining, pink mm, minimal gingivitis PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Very tense, unable to palpate deeply U/G: Neutered MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat; ~3cm soft, freely moveable non-painful mass at region of right 2nd nipple CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Geriatric, overweight, mass – most likely fatty mass (benign lipoma) Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC Prognosis: Good
