Oral Exam: Severe dental disease including edentulous, gingivial recession on the canines, severe calculous. Small (0.5 cm) round soft tissue gingival mass between the premolars and canine on the 100 arcade PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated. U/G: Two descended testicles MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities. Rectal: np Assessment: Peridontal disease Prognosis: Good. Plan: Recommend dental cleaning by referring veterinarian
