02/21/2016 WEB MEMO
A volunteer writes: Who does not know..who does not love …Redwood? The mushy tiger brindle big puppy who jumps in your arms and rolls on his back for belly rubs….Look at his walking log..Such beautiful and endearing comments about a very young man who needs a home and a master or family to belong to and to love. Redwood was leashed in a sec and did not pull much as I thought he would. He attended to business without marking and met big and small pooches with a healthy curiosity. He is great in playgroup with his peers, bouncing nicely around, playing and having fun while respecting others… Redwood is magnificent, the perfect weight, healthy and the owner of the most gorgeous coat, red indeed like a precious wood…He does have a little limp that would come from luxated patellas. It does not prevent him to run and jump after a tennis ball…or the birds…Redwood can sit on command and for treats that he loves. He owns a very serious wrinkly face. Well, he is part Mastiff and this is why…He is a super friendly character with people and dogs alike, wagging non stop his tail and wiggling his butt when he sees upcoming company.. Redwood will need veterinary care for his joints issues but don’t you think that a good, loving, friendly, sociable and goofy young man like him is worth it? He is a star and a babe and for that, he deserves all our attention and efforts to get him a fabulous home and the caring owners he deserves. Redwood is at the Manhattan Care Center
