Medical Summary scan neg ~16yrs, male neutered barh. attention seeking, allowed all handling. bcs 5/9 mild dental tartar/gingivitis, nuclear sclerosis ou, no ocular or nasal discharge, ears wnl grade 5/6 heart murmur, lungs auscult clear integ wnl; ambulatory x 4 a: geriatric, owner reports diagnosis of congestive heart failure p: continue to give all medications that came with animal for management of heart failure: furosemide 20mg – give 1/2 tab po q12, spironolactone 25mg – give 1/4 tab po q12, enalapril 2.5mg – give 1/2 tab po q12, pimobendan 2.5mg – give 1/2 tab po q12. also has hydrocodone 5mg tab – 1/4 tab to be given as needed for coughing. rec full work up with immediate placement (today or tomorrow). gave pm medications
