Medical Summary 12/12/16 09:14 S: ate overnight, formed and soft feces in kennel allows exam O: WT=8.1 with all of the matts WT=6.5 without matts Intact female Scan positive for a microchip #444A671357 About 13 years old OU=cloudy Nose= No discharge AU=not waxy but bled a little while shaving. Minor lesion due to matts. Teeth= heavy tarter Coat is severely matted with feces. Matts were shaved and held. Lesions with infection from the matts seen on the RFL–most severe. Unable to apply any sort of pressure. LFL ,RHL, and right thigh had some as well Able to stand but falls down. Also, can walk but wobbly.–RFL main contributor All lesions were cleaned with Nolvasan Solution Nails were trimmed and saved Underweight–Can feel the entire spine and ribs Drank alot of water when she arrived at MACC After the shaving she slept through out the night All preventatives withheld Overall she did well with being shaved and was giving people kisses but at times was in pain and would start screaming.
