A volunteer writes: Princess is one of the sweetest dogs I’ve ever met. She was quiet when I unlocked her cage, and sat calmly while I put on her leash. She was a pleasure to walk with. She didn’t pull, which was a good thing in the snow and ice, and she listened to me when it was time to go inside. My favorite thing was when she saw that I had a treat for her, she immediately sat down and gently took the treat I offered. If you would like to meet this sweetie, come down to the Staten Island Center and say hi!
