DVM Intake Exam; Estimated age: 10 years ; Microchip noted on Intake? scan negative; History : stray; Subjective: Observed Behavior – friendly; Objective ; BCS 5/9; EENT: OU-lenticular sclerosis, ears clean, no nasal or ocular discharge noted; Oral Exam: mild/moderate dental calc; PLN: No enlargements noted; H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic; ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated; U/G: Female, possible spay scar seen; MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, healthy hair coat, two soft approx 1 cm cutaneous masses at right thigh; approx 1 inch soft subcutaneous mass at ventral thorax, approx 0.5 cm cutaneous mass at left flank; CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities; Assessment; cutaneous and subcutaneous masses- R/O benign vs malignant; Prognosis: fair; Plan: recommend fine needle aspirate and cytology of masses
