U/G: FI. MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, L caudalmost mammary G mass , 0.5 cm SC, firm healthy hair coat, bilateral G 2/4 MPL. CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: – Mammary mass – Heart murmur
– ddz – Bilateral MPLs Prognosis: Fair-good. Plan: Recc FNA +- biopsy of mammary mass, dental cleaning, preanesthetic echocardiogram. SURGERY: Permanent waiver due to age
