Objective: T = P = 120 R = wnl BCS 5/9 EENT: Immature cataract od and mild scleral injection, Pigmentary keratitis and corneal edema w/ blue coloring to globe os, mod to severe scleral injction, ears clean, no nasal or ocular discharge noted
Oral Exam: mod tarter, 8-10 yrs est of age PLN: No enlargements noted. H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic. ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: mammary tumor caudalmost glands left <1/2 cm and right 2 cm,irregular
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat, but matted CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities. Rectal: na
Assessment:8-10 yr fi Jap Chin mix mammary masses – r/o benign due to no ovh vs malignant. immature cataract od. scleral injection, pigmentary keratitis, blue – r/o corneal dz vs glaucoma Prognosis: good Plan: corneal stain (-) tonometry right avge 24, left avge 28. neopolydex bid ou and recheck in 5 days. SURGERY: Okay for surgery
