Little Pinkie Pie looked quite serious and shy at the beginning of our time together. Her tail was even between her legs. She had just arrived at the care center and taken aback probably to find herself in a kennel….A little babe needs comfort and after a good meal and few treats , nothing is better than a lap, protective arms and loads of kisses. Pinkie Pie felt much better at the end of our session, vibrating her tail , walking taller and looking much brighter. She is one pretty doe, rather thin, petite, endowed with limpid citrine eyes and dressed in a fawn color coat affected by a dermatitis most likely due to poor nutrition and housing conditions. I do remember how my own dog, adopted from the Manhattan Care Center, had almost similar skin lesions and a poor weight. In a matter of one month of proper care and nutrition, she became one hairy and healthy pooch ! Like the doctor says: “you are what you eat”. Little Pinkie is a sweet babe, a good walker and even a sitter…She is a great lap and arm dog. I hope she will love to meet her own kind in playgroups which will make her a lovely puppy to adopt, help grow into a wonderful adult and have as an amazing and loyal forever best friend. Come and meet little Pinkie Pie at the Manhattan Care Center..She will bring cheer to your life…
