Lobulate firm mamary gland mass associated with last mammary gland on left side; non-painful when palpated MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, severe hair matting on ears and limbs.long nails on all limbs CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: grossly normal Assessment: adult FI Cocker spainel 1. mammary gland mass (last mammary gland on left side) 2. emaciated 3. severe hair matting 4. dental plaque Plan 1. bloodwork and IVF at 15ml/hr 2. chest rads to r/o mets secondary to mammary gland tumor 3. spay and remove mammary gland tumor 4. bath, shave hair matts and nail trim Prognosis: good to poor pending response to treatment SURGERY: Okay for surgery
