DVM Intake Exam; Estimated age:10y; Microchip noted on Intake?n; History : o surrender; Subjective:large mammary gland tumor with draining tract, left caudal MG; Observed Behavior -shaking, allows exam; Objective ; T =; P =60; R =sniffing constantly; BCS 5/9; EENT: ou sclerosis, ears clean, no nasal or ocular discharge noted; Oral Exam: few teeth. oronasal fistula evident left side. ddx on remaining teeth; PLN: No enlargements noted; H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic; ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated; U/G: large ulcerated MG tumor left caudal; MSI: Ambulatory x 4, thin coat with erythema and irriation along spine; CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities; Assessment: MG tumor, dental dz, oronasal fistula, pyoderma (r/o paraneoplastic); Prognosis:fair; Plan: 3 view chest rads, antibiotics and carprofen. recc surgery at referral facility; SURGERY: Permanent waiver due to age
