09/03/17 15:27 Basic Information Perla is a female, brown and black small breed dog that is estimated to be 2 years old. Perla was given to the owner as a gift and lived with them for 2 months. She was surrendered for personal reasons and has been to the vet within the last year she has no known medical issues. Socialization Perla is friendly and outgoing when approached by strangers. She has spent the last 2 months living with 2 others dogs and got along well with them. He is very gentle when playing with adults and children. She hasn’t spent time with cats. She has no history of biting people or animals. Behavior Perla is nervous when she hears loud noises and will start shaking. She isn’t bothered by having her food or toys being taken. He gets scared when people try to pick her up. She enjoys being bathed and brushed. He isn’t bothered by strangers in the home or having his nails trimmed. For a new family Perla’s previous owner described her as friendly, playful, affectionate, fearful, and shy. She has a medium energy level and will follow you around the house and play with her stuffed toys. She is used to eating both wet and dry foods. She was being Wee-Wee pad trained but still has accidents daily while she is learning. She is well behaved when left alone in the house. Behavior during intake Perla was very stiff bodied while being collared and while having her picture taken. She was comfortable being held while I was sitting and went on a walk around while wagging her tail.
