Friendly during most of PE, but did try to bite once when head restrained; Observed Behavior -;Objective ;T =; P = wnl; R = wnl; BCS 4/9; EENT: OU mild nuclear sclerosis, ears black waxy debris, no nasal or ocular discharge noted; Oral Exam: severe dental disease and calculus; PLN: No enlargements noted; H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic; ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated, ventral abd dirty with some flaking and mild dermatitis; U/G: FI, no MGTs, no vulvar discharge; MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, unkempt hair coat; CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities; Rectal: normal externally; Assessment; older animal; female intact; nuclear sclerosis; dermatitis; dental disease; Prognosis: good; Plan: plan for OHE; recommend dental post placement; SURGERY:Okay for surgery
