Subjective: Female intact dog Observed Behavior – Disoriented Evidence of Cruelty seen – None Evidence of Trauma seen – None Objective P = 100 bpm BCS 5/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: dental disease PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: intact female MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment Toxicity vs macadamia vs other Plan Bloodwork. Repeat in 24 hours 100 ml LRS SQ Prognosis: fair. Temporary waiver due to possible toxicity.
