Medical Summary scan neg (through bedding, needs to be re-scanned) S/O: ~10yrs, male intact; Very difficult to handle, tries to bite throughout exam, crying, barking EENT: Dental disease, mild nuclear sclerosis, no ocular or nasal discharge, ears wnl M/S: BCS 2/5; hind limbs rotated medially below stifle; ambulatory x 4 but falls over INTEG: Appears wnl, no obvious wounds or injuries U/G: Intact male A: Geriatric, lameness vs ataxia — congenital defect vs, less likely, injury P: Re-try for full exam tomorrow. Unable to listen to heart/lungs due to behavior, re-assess gait Open prognosis at this time
