Pecan pie, sweet, soft , crunchy…and delicious….just like our own Pecan, a little girl found as a tray we have at the Manhattan Care Center. Pecan is a tiny adult at 26 lbs, well nourished, healthy and who kept all her markings to her head making sure with the help of her giant ears that you can see that she is part Boston Terrier… She is a busy bee, a little bit all over the place and very needy of human affection… i doubt that she had the life of a very pampered pet but her abandonment has made her a bit stressed and she needs all the love she can get. We are so eager to oblige as she is a most endearing little girl. Pecan is a great lap dog, squeezing herself against my chest and kissing galore…She is just too adorable. She seems to like other dogs, even the little ones  who come to say hello at our door.  She can sit on command after a few prompts and does her business while on our walk. I can not  assure that she is fully house trained, though. Come and meet pretty Pecan at the Manhattan Care Center. She might not be able to tell you how to make a Pecan pie but she certainly knows everything about love…
