A volunteer writes: The first thing I noticed about Pearl is her sweet, quiet disposition when I came up to her cage. She wasn’t barking for attention, but she was definitely batting her eyelashes at me in the hopes that I would take her for a walk. Her pleading eyes combined with that adorable one-ear-up, one-ear-flopped-over look was enough to convince me. On our walk Pearl was excited to explore her surroundings but didn’t pull hard on the leash, and she looked up at me often for attention. Whenever we took a break, Pearl snuggled up against my legs for pets and affection– she will definitely be a great snuggle buddy for whoever adopts her. Pearl did very well on her behavior exam and is rated for an adopter with an “average” experience level. Come and see her at the Brooklyn ACC today!
