Medical Summary Microchip: negative Sex: intact female Age: appx 12y Mentation: QARH Eyes: opacity associated with age Ears: aural hematoma AD; possibly deaf, would not respond to any sounds including clapping over head Nose: sounds congested but no d/c seen Teeth: could not assess back but front had mild to mod staining If abnormal BCS: underweight, pressure sores Skin: lipoma over tail base on pelvis, hard mass on underside midway down tail, pouching above vulva (hernia?), old collar scar or scratching from fleas over back of neck Hair Coat: fleas seen Declawed: N/A Any injuries: no; slow moving and possibly arthritic Behavior: painful on palpation, limited exam Medication: N/A, preventatives given
