Heavy staining, tarter, gums inflamed. Spacing of teeth incorrect – may be missing several teeth and canines and others have spread to fill the gaps. Incomplete exam due to painfulness. *Mass protruding from lower lip appx 2cm in diameter. Firm, warm, painful. VC requested Coat lightly matted but clean. No flea dirt or parasites noted Nails long – trimmed Ambx4 – mildly overweight, waddles a bit. NOSF
