Papo
Hello, my name is Papo. My animal id is #16702. I am a male black dog at the Brooklyn Animal Care Center. The shelter thinks I am about 5 years old.
I came into the shelter as a owner surrender on 21-Dec-2017, with the surrender reason stated as person circumstance- moving – no pets allowed.
Papo is at risk due to being diagnosed with Canine Infection Respiratory Disease Complex and will likely require home rest and a series of antibiotics for up to 14 days. This is a contagious illness to other dogs. Due to how uncomfortable Papo is currently with touch and novel stimuli, we feel that an adult-only home would be most beneficial at this time.
