06/05/2016 WEB MEMO
A volunteer writes: Just look at that sweet face–Panchita es muy bonita! She’s such a gentle, go-with-the-flow kind of girl and it’s easy to imagine her as the loyal companion to her elderly owner, following them from room to room and snuggling up at bedtime. Sadly, her friend’s age and illness have now parted them and Panchita is searching for a new family to love. This chubby cutie is described as ‘friendly, affectionate and mellow’ and she has just the right amount of energy, keen to go for a walk but equally happy to chill out on a lap or just quietly sit and contemplate the world passing by. We’re told Panchita is both house trained and able to use wee wee pads, fine with sharing her toys or food and that she absolutely loves taking a bath. She’s a good little leash walker who passes other dogs with ease and never objects to being picked up and carried either and when it comes to treats she delicately but eagerly munches them from my hand then looks around for more. At only 6 years old Panchita has a lifetime of love still to give and now that she’s rocked her behavior assessment this darling girl is ready to get back to the starring role she was born to play…your beloved pet!
