11/25/2016 WEB MEMO
A volunteer writes: Oz is so stunning in a soft and sexy way I first thought he was a she…..I checked (you know what I mean), and yup — a stunning, soft and sexy boy! Compact, wearing a gorgeous caramel coat, his weight perfect for his size, Oz was waiting for me up front in his kennel. Once outside, he initially pulled on the leash until he went potty, and then his leash manners dramatically improved. Have to find that perfect spot, ‘ya know! Making friends with a young boy on a bike, Oz wags his tail, happy to meet everyone who wants to meet him. When in the park, I told him that I’d appreciate if he’d pose nicely for some pictures, Oz obliged with a perfect sit and pose for the camera. A super model!! Show Oz a treat and he sits right away, then takes it ever so gently. Off leash, Oz loved chasing a ball and bringing it back 85% of the way for a second toss. I guess he feels fair is fair and I should be doing some fetching too! He’s so cute as he’s so proud of his ‘fetch’ skills and I won’t tell him he’s supposed to bring it all the way back! Sitting next to me as I took some notes, he joined me on the bench when I invited him, and rolled into my lap for some hugs and kisses. He’s such a nice dog in every way, I’m rooting for him to find the best home ever. Will that be with you?
