Medical Summary 03/10/16 10:59 QARH , eating all food well emaciated pitbull intac male – scrotum feels okay no masses H/L wnl MS: decubital ulcers on hind end of pelvis and tail head – R side deep with yellow pus R hind has some dependent edema present at the hock. Walks out slowly for normal urination and defecation- one fecal ball dry A: deep decubital ulcers – could have been chronically keep on hard surface P: Nolvasaned decubital ulcers Baytril 100 IM Rimadyl SC Buprinex 3/10 intial: Microchip: negative Sex: intact male, very large and pendulous scrotum but equal in size, close to tenis ball sized Age: appx 12-13y Mentation: QARH Eyes: clear Ears: cropped, otitis externa, thick pinna Nose: no d/c, slight cage nose aong nostrils Teeth: ddz, heavy tartar and staining If abnormal BCS: muscle wasting, closer to 2.5 Skin: WNL Hair Coat: WNL Declawed: N/A Any injuries: decubitus ulcers along caudal hip points and base of tail, deep ulcerations with drainage and pocket on left hip (flushed, novalsan); edema distally from hocks, mostly on right hind; slightly fluid movement in abdomen space; abnormal heart sounds Behavior: quiet, allowed all handling, sweet Medication: N/A, preventatives given Moved to medical, on vet check
