Oreo was last seen by a veterinarian in early 2016 and currently has no known health issues/injuries. Socialization: Oreo is friendly/outgoing with strangers. He’s spent time with children ages 5 & 10yrs old and was friendly, affectionate, playful and exuberant with them and the adult in the home. Oreo hasn’t bitten/scratched any person or animal. During walks the owner stated Oreo will bark and try to play with dogs he sees. Behavior: Oreo isn’t bothered by the following: having his treats/food/food bowl, toys touched/moved, being restrained or being brushed/groomed. Oreo hasn’t had his nails trimmed or been disturbed while sleeping/resting. For a New Family to Know: Oreo is described as friendly, playful, affectionate & loving with a medium activity level. He’s mostly an indoor only dog who’s walked 2x a day and will only have accidents in the home if you take too long to take him out. Oreo eats dry Pedigree dog food 2x a day and sleeps in a crate or on the floor. Intake Behavior: Oreo allowed all handling and had a loose wiggly body. He allowed to be scanned (+), collared and taken pictures of. Oreo seemed to enjoy being picked up/held & was placed into a kennel with ease. When spoken to in “baby talk” he’ll stomp his little paws which makes it appear as if he’s dancing.
