A volunteer writes: It’s easy to see why Alex has gained immediate celebrity status…..he’s a bull terrier, he’s solid white with little black freckles on his ears, his tail wags when he gets attention, and he’s a compact, solid little dude. Resting quietly at the front of his kennel, he stood up quickly as I unlatched his door and out we go. Likely housetrained, he peed often and marked his territory both on our walk and in the backyard pen. Alex will need some leash training as he pulls hard and it’s not fun for either side of the leash. Alex looks like he’s been well taken care of, and although he has come callouses on his pressure points, his coat is clean and his weight good for his size. He loves to snuggle, jumping on the bench to shower me with kisses, and then hoping off to discover the next greatest thing. He’s always in motion, reminding me of the energizer bunny as he rushes from one place to the next. Alex is looking forward to his happily ever after with his new person or family, and we’re hoping he doesn’t have to wait long.
