Ocean
Hello, my name is Ocean. My animal id is #12043. I am a male white dog at the Brooklyn Animal Care Center. The shelter thinks I am about 6 years 1 months 1 weeks old.
I came into the shelter as a owner surrender on 14-Dec-2017, with the surrender reason stated as animal health – debilitating injury.
Ocean was placed at risk for medical concerns. Eddie has hind end paresis. He ideally needs a veterinary neurological work up with a CT/MRI of the spine. Ocean may also require rehab to stimulate peripheral nervous system to get movement but may also require surgery.
Let’s get to know each other a bit more…
Ocean is a sweet, friendly dog who has a serious medical condition that would require diagnostics and treatment with an outside vet. Ocean’s adopter would be responsible for the cost and medical care for Ocean. If you are interested in adopting Ocean please contact us at [email protected]
My medical notes are…
Weight: 20.8 lbs
