Medical Summary 01/26/16 17:23 Scan : 985112004546915 Sex: Spayed, scar seen Approx 4-6yr S/O: BARH, no ocular or nasal discharge. Teeth, no tartar. Clean coat. Ears4cm hot spot on caudal dorsum proximal to tail base, some eythema and scaling, Wood’s lamp negative. Ears contained moderate amount of dark brown debris. Cleaned ears. Ausucltation difficult due to excess body condtion, possible low-grade heart murmur, not definitive. Abdominal papation WNL 1cm wound on left front paw, cleaned w. chlorhexidine, applied SSD. Applied Genta spray to hot spot A: HOt spot, superficial wound, otitis externa, obese P: Gentaspray BID, Otobitic BID, SSD BID, and recheck Very sweet, minimal handling needed for treatments. PROGNOSIS: EXCELLENT
