Medical Summary scan: neg sex: female est age: 7-9yrs S/O: Dog is Q/BARH. BCS 3-4/9. NS OU. Grade 3/4 dental dz. Grade II-III/VI heart murmur (louder on right). Approx 5x5cm lobulated mammary mass left caudal abdomen. Multiple small nodular mammary masses. Dog is generally matted/unkempt with dry flaky skin and mild erythema. A: Mammary mass, dental dz P: Recommend removal of mammary mass(es) when spayed, but dog has heart murmur so will need echocardiogram before anesthesia. PROGNOSIS: Fair (50% of canine mammary tumors are benign and 50% are malignant)
