Tag: 1. Dog assumes play position and joins the game. Or dog indicates play with huffing, soft ‘popping’ of the body, etc. Dog jumps on Assessor once play begins.

5/16: Niko displays soft and social body language when interacting with a novel female dog. When a male solicits him to play by body slamming him, Niko offers a warning by low growling and walking away.
5/17-5/18: Niko mostly keeps to himself in a group of male and female dogs. He does not engage in play when solicited.
