Cardiothoracic auscultation WNL. Cleaned ears NOSF A: Mild dental disease, mass, slightly underweight P: Recommend FNA or biopsy of cutaneous mass w/ placement. Dental cleaning w/in 1 yr. PROGNOSIS: Good to fair depending on type of mass.
