Objective P = 120 R = 20 BCS; 4/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: muzzled, no oral performed. some fresh blood from mouth, suspect bit lip/tongue while being collared/muzzled. PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: male intact, both testes intact and symmetrical MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: appears to be in good health Plan: vaccinate HWT flea tx deworm microchip placed Prognosis: good SURGERY: Okay for surgery
