Medical Summary microchip scan negative female approximately 12 yrs old, geriatric BARH, MM: pink and moist, CRT: 1 sec. mild debris in ears scarring on nose nuclear sclerosis OU moderate amount of dental tartar, pigmented gingiva 49.8lbs; BCS: 2.5/5 lameness of hindlegs, leans toward the left when walking eating and drinking well minor hair loss on tail, area of hair loss near right shoulder as per on call dr. 1167, rimadyl 100mg 1/2 tab. BID x 2 days, VC scheduled on 7/19

A Staff member writes : Nena is such a sweet, old gal that wants nothing more than love. She is a senior girl that is having difficulty walking and improving a bit with Rimadyl. She is unable to stay at the shelter since she needs follow up vet care.
